Gift certificate terms
These certificates follow these rules:
1. The gift certificate can be used to pay for beauty salon services or to buy cosmetics according to the current price list.
2. The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. If the cost of the chosen services exceeds the certificate value, you can pay the difference. If the cost is lower than the value, the balance is not refunded in cash.
4. The certificate is valid until the date (inclusive) stated on it. After that it becomes invalid and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
5. One certificate can be used by one guest only.
6. A lost or stolen certificate is not restored or compensated.
7. The certificate works by its number: just show the QR code or tell us the number — from your phone, a printout or the paper certificate.
8. A certificate for treatments covers the treatments listed on it. If their price goes up later, no extra payment is needed.
If there is a problem with a certificate, we will try to accommodate you, but we often have to stick to the rules above.
The salon reserves the right to refuse service under a certificate if the rules of its use are broken or if technical/organisational reasons prevent providing the service at the desired time.
Terms for certificates given away by partner companies in prize draws
These certificates follow these rules:

6. One certificate can be used by one guest only.
7. A lost or stolen certificate is not restored or compensated.
8. To use it, you must present the original certificate. Copies and damaged certificates are not valid.
