Questions
How long is the certificate valid?
Six months from payment, the last day included. The date is on the certificate.
Can it be used over several visits?
Yes, if it’s a certificate for an amount. The whole amount goes to the recipient’s deposit and is spent visit by visit. If treatments cost more, you can pay the difference.
What can it be spent on?
Any salon treatments and cosmetics from the price list. The certificate can’t be exchanged for cash.
What about a paper certificate?
Yes: an A6 card on thick paper. Pick it up at the salon — Taras Shevchenko St, 22 — or we’ll deliver it by Yandex across Tashkent, even as a surprise straight to the recipient. The paper one has no inscription — to sign your gift, choose the electronic one.
Can I gift specific treatments?
Yes — choose “Treatments” in the form and tick the ones you want from the price list; the total is calculated automatically. The recipient just books them — no extra payment, even if their price goes up later.
