Terms for certificates given away by partner companies in prize draws

Sometimes other companies give away gift certificates to our salon on their platforms

These certificates follow these rules:

1. The gift certificate can be used to pay for beauty salon services or to buy cosmetics according to the current price list.
2. The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. The certificate value is used in a single visit and cannot be split across several visits.
4. If the cost of the chosen services exceeds the certificate value, you can pay the difference. If the cost is lower than the value, the balance is not refunded in cash and is not carried over.
5. The certificate is valid until the date (inclusive) stated on it. After that it becomes invalid.
6. One certificate can be used by one guest only.
7. A lost or stolen certificate is not restored or compensated.
8. To use it, you must present the original certificate. Copies and damaged certificates are not valid.

The salon reserves the right to refuse service under a certificate if the rules of its use are broken or if technical/organisational reasons prevent providing the service at the desired time.
